What is Hoofdwerk?

Hoofdwerk develops concepts for interactive multimedia, with a focus on activities for children and teenagers. Smaller projects will be realised by ourselves, for larger projects we take up the project management.

We have a highly pragmatic appoach to projects, based on the intuition that computers should mainly be supportive and never be the ultimate goal.

Our project draw from our main expertise in the following areas:

• The development of informal learing environments for children.
• The use of interactive media in public spaces and educational material.
• Human-machine interaction.
• Project management in software development, programming and exhibitions.
• Software design and a broad experience in software integration.
